General Return Policy and Exchanges.

If you wish to return goods, please do so with in 30 calendar days.  We cannot accept any returns that are worn or damaged. Goods must be returned in new, unused, unworn condition, with all tags in place. Please include a copy of your receipt along with an explanation of the changes need to be made, refund or exchange.
For incorrectly shipped merchandise, Papikian Enterprises Co will promptly exchange the goods and re ship it back.

Exchanges must be received within 30 calendar days from the date your order was shipped. Please include a copy of your receipt along with an explanation of the changes you want made.

All exchanges are subject for a re shipping fee.  For incorrectly shipped merchandise we will exchange and re ship it to you free of shipping charges.

Refunds
Your refund can take up to 14 days from the date we receive your return. Sorry shipping charges are not refundable unless the goods are proven faulty.

No restocking fee!

How To Return An Item:
Please always include a copy of your receipt, reason for your return and a number where we may contact you should there be any questions.
Including all your information such as Name, address, telephone and customer number will allow us to process your return more rapidly and will reduce the possibility of error. If your receipt has been misplaced, please include a note with your return detailing the buyer's name, the order number, telephone number and reason for the return.
